Power Apps Distinct showing IDs instead of text after SharePoint list recreation

**Problem:**
After recreating SharePoint list items via Power Automate, the Distinct() function in Power Apps returns IDs instead of text values in dropdowns.

**Environment:**
- Power Apps (canvas app)
- SharePoint Online list
- Column type: Single line of text
- List has 51 items, 7 unique categories

**What works:**
- Concat(Distinct(List; Column); Value & ", ") - shows correct text values
- CountRows(Distinct(List; Column)) - returns 7 (correct)
- Manual Table({Value: "Text1"}, {Value: "Text2"}) - works perfectly

**What doesn't work:**
- Distinct(List; Column) in dropdown Items - shows IDs (9360, 9361, etc)
- AddColumns(Distinct(...)) - still shows IDs
- ForAll(...) - still shows IDs

**Steps taken:**
1. Refreshed connection
2. Removed and re-added SharePoint connection
3. Verified column type in SharePoint (Single line of text)
4. Cleared browser cache

**Question:**
Could recreating list items (delete all + create new) via Power Automate cause metadata corruption that makes Distinct return IDs instead of values?

**Workaround:**
Using hardcoded values works, but need dynamic solution.
