Hello,
My team and I have been interested in trying to store a full history of Power Automate flow runs for our records, but ran into an issue due to the 28-day history maintained by Microsoft because of GDPR. Essentially, it becomes impossible to display the run history (i.e., where you can inspect the output and actions of specific steps within the actual flow editor) for a flow after the 28-day period. I know there is a way to export runs as CSV before they are deleted by Microsoft, but has anyone found a way to display the CSV visually? Looking through the CSV is possible (as it contains all of the same information), but it is much faster to spot-check runs with the usual run history/editor screen within Power Automate.
I've seen that desktop flows run from solutions have their histories stored in Dataverse, but haven't been able to find much information on where cloud flow runs are stored - maybe it is possible to manually write runs back to this database after Microsoft deletes them in order to display them again?
Thanks!
