Building a flow with Power BI export

I need to create a cloud flow that does two things:
  1. Includes a .png of the first page of a Power BI report in the body of an email
  2. Includes an attachment of the full Power BI report as a PDF to the same email

I have tried creating a cloud flow which exports the Power BI report to a PDF and includes it as an attachment in the email but my flows continue to fail. I have a Power BI premium per user license and a power automate for powerapps per user plan. Do I need an additional license or is there something additional I should be doing?

When you say your flow continue to fail, can you provide the error message? a run history showing which action failed and the error message, plus screenshot of the action that failed in edit mode

Note that an organization can disable the ability to export the power bi as an image file, that is a admin setting for Power BI. So if you are getting an error that say export to image is disabled, that's your reason, talk to your IT team.

In Power BI Service the account has a premium per user license. The same account has a Premium license in Power Automate and the environment has a Process & Unattended RPA capacity. Based on the link you provided, it looks like a premium capacity license may be required in Power BI rather than the premium per user.
