Status Canceling but never canceled in the Power Automate Flow that had been running for an hour

Got the flow running but not sure why it never ended and has been running for more than an hour.
I try Cancel those running executions and it had become Canceling status like forever.
 
My Flow has a throughput maximum 2 concurrent thread so the alter Executions are "waiting".
Any help?

    If you are still having this issue, I would open a ticket with Micrsoft support. I have never seen the issue where cancelling the flow did not work. I assume when you say you are cancelling the flow, you are referring to this method:
