Data Migration and the Account Entity MasterId

Hi I am using KingswaySoft to migrate data from CRM 2011 on-premise to D365 Online. I have came across a issue where i cannot migrate the Accounts MasterID field which is the master account that the account was merged with since its not available while using the D365 destination connector. Just wondering how people have overcame this without having to create a custom field to recreate the relationship.

Hi @gmanuki,

MasterID is not a writable attribute, it would be populated when you do a MergeRequest. You would need to do a merge operation again on the records once they are loaded in the target environment. The good news is Kingswaysoft can do merge operations.
