Issue with permissions: Security Role and user

Hi,
I have created a Dataverse solution and couple of Apps.  I created security roles and assigned 'Full Permissions' to these roles on Dataverse tables. I assigned users to these roles. This worked fine. However, since this week, suddenly it looks like the users do not have access to the entities.  I noticed that the UI [admin] has changed. However, I double check the role assignment and entity security, all seem to be assigned fine [Full permission/organization] to corresponding entities. Still, users cannot access [add/edit] these forms in apps.
I have made changes to apps and forms but no editing to security.
What can be the issue ?
Any pointers will be really helpful.

    Hi  @RaminderSingh

You have verified that the forms are shared with these security roles

    Hi, Thanks for suggestion.
I have shared app to the above mentioned roles.
Issue1: User were no able to view the app. They can after sharing the app. I already shred the app with the security role, why then new users didn't see it, when assigned to the role.
Issue2: User assigned, cannot add/edit. In my question, I attached security [full access] assigned to the role.

    Hi @RaminderSingh

It asks me if you are sure it has a license, because when you can't see the app it could also be a license issue and not a security role issue.

    Hi @RaminderSingh

    OK
    Do I answer you.
    1-
Applications must be shared too, it is not just assigning the security role. In this sense, you could perhaps use security groups to share it with a security group and every time you include a new user in the group they will be able to see it because it is shared with that security group

2-The second seems to be all correct according to your security role. You may have to open a support ticket

User get below error if I remove her/him from the sysadmin role. This may provide any idea on what may the issue is:

An error has occurred: You cannot complete this operation because you are missing "prvReadPublisher" privileges. Please contact your system administrator. Additional details: Principal user (Id=10a9eeca-13e5-ee11-904d-6045bdd0ef22, type=8, roleCount=6, privilegeCount=564, accessMode='0 Read-Write', AADObjectId='82e4c8aa-233c-4ffb-9a12-54eeef3e7696', MetadataCachePrivilegesCount=4993, businessUnitId=a3ea026c-11d8-ee11-904d-0022484388ed), is missing prvReadPublisher privilege (Id=8cdebade-6187-440d-b041-5b3f3d84db53) on OTC=7102 for entity 'publisheraddress' (LocalizedName='Publisher Address'). context.Caller=10a9eeca-13e5-ee11-904d-6045bdd0ef22. Consider adding missed privilege to one of the principal (user/team) roles.

    Hi @RaminderSingh

Well, in the image you sent I don't see any table with the name publisheraddress appearing.
you must locate it and give it access permission

That is the issue as there is not entity called [publisheraddress] in my solution or even environment.
I have couple of cloud-flow, will it cause any issue on entity permissions ?

    Hi @RaminderSingh,

Try giving the users the App Opener role.

Additionally, confirm if the model driven forms have any security roles applied.

Re: Issue with permissions: Security Role and user

Yes, the user has App Opener role assigned in addition to entity security role.

model driven forms have any security roles applied.

Sorry, didn't get it. Can you explain. Currently, I assigned entity permission to security role which is then assigned to user.
