I have a flow set up to send an email notification with an .xlsx file attached, but I only want the notification to trigger if there is data in rows 2-1000 of the file. Has anyone found a good way to do this?
I saved the file as a text file, and if the if the Text variable FileContents.Count<2 (no 2nd row), then I reroute PAD:

This got me going in the right direction - thank you so much! I was able to use the ExcelData.RowsCount so that I didn't have to convert the file. Appreciate your help!
