Hello,
I am trying to create a BOT that will check if values are true (compared to what is written on an Excel file).
Example : in my Excel, it is written
Name | City | Age |
Bob | Chicago | 24 |
James | NY | 23 |
I want the bot to ask the name of the person and then ask his city. If the person answers Bob and then Chicago, the bot says "correct". Otherwise, it says False.
How can I do that ?
Thanks,
Best regards,
Lea
Create a flow that looks like this.... Call it from the bot and pass in the Name and City the bot has collected as variables. It will return a text answer of either correct or false.
I am sorry but I am not that familiar with Power Automate, what should I do inside it to create the flow ?
Thanks !
Lea
Hi @Lea2 ,
+ adding more comments from @Pstork1's answer...
You can follow this logic that we have in this topic: Send a unique code ( from a list/excel) everytime ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Assuming the Excel file is stored in OneDrive and the information is in an Excel table it would be easy to build a Power Automate flow that would check the table for the two values and respond correct or false. You could then invoke the flow from the bot and pass in the two values.
