Do we have any settings to receive flow failure emails? If so, can the mails also go to the members with whom the workflow is shared? Please refer to the below snippet of sample email.

The email only goes to the owners of the flow.

I you need to notify others, you could either add an outlook forwarding rule or build another flow that monitors your mailbox for the exception email and forwards it to a group or distribution list.

Is this possible that building only one workflow links to the multiple workflows and will mail other users on flow failure? If so, can you please share the steps or links on building such workflow. Additionally, what are the steps to add an outlook forwarding rule? Any links?

@Anonymous ,All exception emails arrive from the same mailbox "PowerAutomateNoReply@microsoft.com"

So this simple flow should do the job.
