Hi, we are looking to create a new co-pilot to replace our companies existing PVA, as it seemed easier than converting and re-building. Problem I'm having is that despite specifying only our website in the conversational boost settings, if the bot can't find the content on our site, it seems to go off and get information from the wider internet. Therefore it's always bringing back some kind of answer even to queries totally unrelated to our website content. Is there a way to stop this happening? We only want it to search our site obviously. Any advice appreciated! thanks
Hi, thanks for the reply. For example, if I ask a question relating to information I know is on our website it works well. However, if I type "how to get to France" or "Is Liverpool FC a good football team?" it will provide an answer - information which definitely isn't on our website. It also provides a reference and link to unrelated pages on our website.
It sees as if it's searching the whole web if it can't find the info on our site.
Screen shot below of the fallback topic, I think this is default and hasn't been changed. Not sure if there's any other setting I should be looking for? - thanks:
Hi @Will5
That'd odd. Generative answers ground the answer based on the content it retrieves from the website you specificy.
Can you share more details and examples?
Do you have any other fallback logic running for unrecognized intents?
Thank you
Henry
