Hi, I've created a chatbot via Copilot Studio to access our knowledge sources (SharePoint-url).

The generated answers are correct and sometimes, but not always, contain the clickable link to the source, even though [1] is mentioned.

What could be the cause of this? Knowledge sources are file type *.pdf and < 1MB.

We want to ensure that [1] is always clickable.
