Highlight the selected items in gallery

I have a gallery something like below. How to highlight the selection in the gallery as in below screenshot. I also have to disable the Add button if the item is already available in the right pane. May i know how to achieve this?

    You can highlight it in a number of ways - example Bold, Underline or Italic properties 
    ThisItem.IsSelected
    or the FIll or Color or TemplateFill (using your colours) 
    If(
   ThisItem.IsSelected,
   Color.YourHightLightColor,
   Color.YourNormalColor
)

    To highlight in the selected item in a gallery use the TemplateFill property:
