Power Apps not loading all apps

Hi All,

I have an issue with Power Apps overview: it does load only the last 3 created apps but not all apps. Even if I click on All Apps and search my App, it finds it but it is not possible to open it (Error opening the app. There was a problem opening this app. Please try again).

I have deleted all cookies but this didn't help.

Any idea?

Hi @agneseb ,

Please try in browser in cognito mode.

Are those apps created by you? If not ask the owner to re-share the apps to you.

If access seems to be fine , please raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

There can be a few reasons why Power Apps isn't showing all your apps. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:-
1. Cache issue:- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try opening Power Apps in an incognito or private window to see if it makes a difference.
2. Limited view:- Check the filter settings in Power Apps. You might be only seeing recently created apps or those you have specific access to. Try filtering by "All Apps" or searching for the specific app you're looking for.
3. Permissions:- Make sure you have the necessary permissions to view all the apps in your environment. Double-check with your Power Apps admin if unsure.
