Tagging Documents

I am currently undertaking the course Microsoft Build 2026: “Bring AI to your business with AI Builder.”

Despite tagging all documents across two collections, the Power App continues to display all documents as “pending review” within each collection.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Are you showing the documents in Powerapp gallery? Could you please check if any filtering is present within Gallery items?

    Thank you.

Manual tagging alone does not update document status. After tagging, you must retrain and publish the AI Builder model, then rerun predictions or refresh the Power App. If the app is still connected to an old model version, documents will continue to show as Pending Review.

Please check @PowerDeveloperTP suggestion and few checklist items below:

    Resolution steps:
Confirm the AI Builder model has been trained and published after tagging.
Ensure the Power App is connected to the latest published model version.
Run predictions or reprocess documents so the status updates.
Refresh or reload the Power App data source.
Verify pending-review logic in the app relies on prediction results, not training labels.

Once these steps are completed, documents should transition out of “Pending Review” as expected.
