Hi all!

I would like to create a flow which is triggered by adding new form to survey. But firstly I want it to be added as a new row to Excel File, which is next a source file for Power Query transformation in Power Bi. But I have an issue, that I can see that the newly added record is added to an Excel File, but it doesn't appear in Power BI semantic model EVEN after refresh? What should I do? I need to keep this Power BI step as I need to perform some transformation on the Excel source file. Has anybody ever had this kind of problem?
