The error message you're seeing indicates an authentication issue when trying to publish your Copilot: ErrorCode: 1000, ErrorMessage: "The request is not authenticated.". This typically happens when the authentication process between the environment where you're building the Copilot and the service is interrupted or misconfigured.

Ensure that your account has the correct administrator role in both Azure AD and Microsoft 365. You need either Global Admin or Power Platform Admin roles to manage environments and publish Copilot. If you're using OAuth or any other token-based authentication, try re-authenticating to ensure the token hasn't expired.

Ensure that the environment where you're trying to publish the Copilot has a valid license and that the environment supports Copilot features.

This error may be related to the API call or service setup, especially if custom APIs or plugins are involved. Verify that any external service being called (e.g., Graph API, SharePoint, etc.) has appropriate authentication methods in place and is accessible.

    Thanks.

That's it, I couldn't find any indicator that the error was a permission issue. So I've contacted our IT team, and we changed some permission till we find the right one that solved our problem. Thanks!
