Creating a flow to recieve email alerts to a shared mailbox from group Forms

Hi. I'm very new to this so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I have a MS Form that I have saved on our group SharePoint and would like to receive email notifications when someone responds. As this is in the group Forms, when I try to start a Flow it doesn't locate the Form. Is there a way round this? I can't have the Form on my own account as there would be a risk if I left the business so we need multiple owners. Would I be better using a different app?

You should be able to add additional owners of the form so that if you were to leave, they could take over. Another option is to use a "service account' if your IT department will allow. Basically a fake account that can be shared amongst multiple people for this purpose.

Hi! MS Forms has this functionality built in. Each user should be able to enable this feature on their own accord.

Ellipsis > Settings > Response Receipts (At the bottom of settings) > "Get Email Notification of Each Response"

Alternatively you can use Power automate to use the "when a form is submitted" trigger to do a "Send an Email (V2)" action and you can compose custom emails to anyone in your org. Then just share the flow to whomever would need access.
