Missing Custom roles while sharing model-driven app

Hi,

I have created model driven app with one entity and one business process flow. I have environment maker, system administrator, system customizer, and Common Data User roles. I created custom role (enabled read/write/assign access for entity, read only access for model drive app, and create/read/write/append access to business process flow). When I share my app with the end user, I cannot see custom role under Common Data User dropdown. Attached a screenshot. Can you please help with me in resolving this issue?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

First of all, please ensure the custom Security Role has the minimum privileges required to run an app? When you create a new Security Role you need to give it a set of minimum privileges and it is best to create your new Security Role by copying an existing role. Reference: Share a model-driven app with Power Apps

Then, in Share App TAB, you need first to add all roles you need to be shared within the app, and then the selected security roles will be available to the users.

Note: If the role has been assigned to the user, it is selected by default and cannot be removed.

    Hope this helps.
