Hello,
My copilot show the error with the error status : 500
The error message is like this. I cannot edit and access my existing topics which all disappear with this error message.
May I know what is the root of error and how can I solve this error?

I don't know what could have cause this error but if you need to find your topics to re-create them in a new copilot you can do this:
First, get your Dataverse environment URL ([DATAVERSE_URL])
It should look like https://org1234.crm.dynamics.com
To get the [DATAVERSE_URL]
Then, navigate to this URL:
[DATAVERSE_URL]/main.aspx?pagetype=entitylist&etn=botcomponent
You will be able to see the YAML of your topics and copy paste it to a new topic
