Hi everyone,

 

We use a functional user for all our Power Automate flows. It's a user with a full Office License so Outlook etc etc, what I found really strange is if in the flow I send an email as note to itself it doesn't work. Any other recipients it works ok instead.

 

Any workaround to have this working properly.

    Can you post a screen shot of your Flow as well as the error message?  There is no reason why this would not work if the account is configured properly.
