I'm having trouble with the implementation of a flow in Power Automate using the Teams conector "Post a Message in a chat or a channel".
The configuration of the flow (it's just a test, to continue the develop of the implementatin, I want to confirm if that conector works). I followed the steps described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-proactive-message:

I suspect your bot is built in the new unified canvas, and currently, it does not support proactive messages. If it's a legacy bot, you may just need to publish your bot. (the bottom image comes from the page you linked to in your original post)

Does anyone know when unified canvas bots will support this feature?
I'm also interested by a resolution of this issue. It's quite frustrating to not be able to use this
Adding @HenryJammes to see if he has an estimate on timeline for bringing proactive messaging to the unified canvas.

Do you have any workaround to suggest?
I'd like to be able to notify the user within the chat bot. For now I can do with notification in Teams or email, the "classic" way.

Just keeping this topic alive by also mentioning how extremely frustrating this is and how it significantly degrades the usefulness of the PVA. I wonder if this is slated for release soon or if we'll see this come out as some "new feature" in PVA PRO for an increased cost.
We have an increasing interest for this feature in our organization. Any update on the development of this would be nice.
Hi all – thanks for your patience. The work to enable this back in the latest version of PVA has been checked in. It should get deployed to all regions during the month of November.
