Is there’s any indication when Spark 3.5 will be available specifically for the West Europe region? We still don’t have the option to upgrade our Synapse Link in the Power Apps Portal.
Support for Spark 3.4 will end on March 2026.

Hi,

Short answer: no, Microsoft hasn't published a date for Spark 3.5 in the Power Apps Portal, for West Europe or any specific region. There's no official GA date for 3.5 support in Synapse Link for Dataverse yet, and the rollout is happening region by region, so the upgrade option only appears once the Power Platform backend recognizes the 3.5 runtime for your region. That's why West Europe still shows nothing.
So you're in the gap a lot of people are stuck in: 3.4 retires March 31, 2026, but 3.5 isn't broadly available in the portal yet.
A few practical notes:

Double-check that your Dataverse environment and Synapse workspace are in the exact same region. Cross-region setups aren't supported and can also stop the upgrade option from showing, which looks like a rollout delay when it's actually a region mismatch.
The only reliable way to get an actual West Europe ETA is a Microsoft support ticket. The backend rollout status is region-specific, and support can usually tell you where your region sits, which the forums and release notes won't.
Don't plan to run past the deadline. Microsoft's guidance is that after 3.4 reaches end of support, the retired runtime can't be used for new pools and existing workflows may stop executing, so waiting it out indefinitely isn't safe. If 3.5 still isn't available for West Europe as the date gets close, that's exactly what the support ticket is for, to get a timeline or migration path.

One heads-up if the option does appear soon: a few people who moved to 3.5 early reported a chunk of their tables silently not syncing afterward, so test on a non-critical profile before upgrading production.
I'd keep an eye on the Power Apps release notes and the Synapse Link for Dataverse docs, and open that support ticket for the region-specific answer. Hope that helps.
