How to create a flow to get a summary of daily emails, and Teams messages

Is there a good document on how to create a flow to get a summary generated by Copilot, of the past day's emails, and teams messages. I would like the summary sent daily to my email address in HTML format at 8am..

Also, I am not clear if I should create this in Power Automate, or in CoPilot Studio, or some other method.

Any assistance or pointers on this would be greatly appreciated.

That is somewhat useful...but not quite. I was more looking for finer details on the configuration of the flow steps. This article does not get into that. Also the use case is not quite the same, but is in a similar ballpark. The blog is also over 1 yr old - which seems along time given the current pace of AI / Copilot functionality capabilities.
