How to get access to a machine running PAD ?

Greeting, I would like to know if there's any way to find out what machine that run my PAD / or remote control it.

The situation is, there's constant error in our daily flow which were caused by "Problem while executing action Launch Chrome". I figured out the probable cause would be an outdated chrome or I would have to update and reinstall PAD or extension. But the issue is, no one know which machine runs it. So, I would like to know if there's a way for me to update the machine's PAD, Chrome and extensions ? I only have the machine's name from the Cloud flow Machine view.

Any advice or suggestion is highly appreciated.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @RookAils1 ,

Go to make.powerautomate.com and click on Monitor > Desktop flow runs.

From here, you can use the machine name to Remote Desktop Connection into the machine in question and fix your browser extensions.  (I know in my example I am showing a local attended view, but it looks the same for your VMs for unattended desktop runs).  If this was helpful, please mark as a solution to help others find this answer to similar problems.

Thank you for the suggestion @trice602 . It looked like its definitely going to work but apparently I don't have access to that feature.

Are there any other ways to do this ?

Are you running unattended flows now?

On that machine, yes, I ran it unattended. Now I have to run it manually on my desktop because I got copies of the flow.

Ok sorry, I don't understand the question then. If you are running an unattended flow, you can find the machine it is running on, or was running on under monitor, desktop flow runs.

Your IT administrator should be able to find the machine if you give them its name. There should be a way to connect to it, either via a Remote Desktop connection (from a proper machine) or TeamViewer/AnyDesk or a similar software. The way to connect to it depends on your IT policies. It's not something universal that we can tell you how to do.
