    @ChiRomeu This is a delegation warning. Try replacing the StartsWith(.....) with TextInput.Text in Delacagion.Value

    Please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    @ChiRomeu ,
    StartsWith() is only Delegable for Text fields (not Choice or LookUp) the only solution (other than revert to equals) is to change your field to a Text field and construct the choices in Power Apps.

    @ChiRomeu ,

    You need to change the field type to Single Line of Text. It would then be advisable to delete the Data Card and add a new one. The Choices are then the Items of your drop-down

    [
     "Choice 1",
     "Choice 2",
     "Choice 3",
     "Choice 4"
    ]

    @ChiRomeu ,

    I am not sure how to explain it better - Choice columns have Delegation issues on both StartsWith() and Sort() and I do not use them at all unless I want to store multiple choices. If you want to solve this issue and use StartsWith() in your Filter, then the field needs to be a Single Line of Text. You can hard-code the choices in the Items of your drop-down instead as I posted.
