This is the number one barrier to adoption and the number one reason that VBA Macros will likely continue to be the preferred automation tool.

    Hey

Are you aware that you can copy paste flows from one instance to another (there are some limitations, but I've made it work). Simply mark all actions, copy it and paste it into a notepad - and then share that with the other recipient.

    Best regards

    Hi ,

Currently, sharing desktop flows requires a Power Automate Premium license. This means you'll need to purchase a separate license to share your flows with others in your organization.

You can share the flow freely in 2methods without license.

    1. Copy the flow in Notepad and then passing that notepad to the required user and ask him to paste that to PAD.
    2. Just use the trail version of PAD to share the flows directly within the organization.

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards

Thanks but Copy/pasting defeats the entire purpose of having deployment approval process.
