Flow failed to trigger for 1 out of 3 trigger conditions this morning

I have a flow which sends an email notificationt to a list of emails each time that an email arrives to a Outlook 365 mailbox from a specific sender with a specific keyword in subject. The flow has been running without fail since I created it a week ago. However, this morning it "missed" one of the messages. Three messages came in that met the criteria at the following times: 7:15, 7:27, and 8:35. The flow ran successfully for the 7:15 and 8:35 messages but it did not run for the 7:27 message. There was no failure in the history, it just did not trigger.

I thought that the issue might be that the messages came too close together in time but on October 4th, the flow triggered at 9:38 AM and then again at 9:46 AM. Also, we should have the "Flow for Office 365" which allows flows to run with a frequency of 5 minutes.

Any idea why this flow would fail to trigger?

    Hi @Anonymous,

    How is your flow configured?

It seems that you are using the plan Flow for Office 365. Yes, the maximum flow frequency for this plan is 5 minutes.

About the issue you mentioned, please make sure the message came in at 7:27 did meet the condition. It did from the specific sender, and the keyword in subject did correct. Besides, flow is case sensitive, so please check whether the keyword in subject is case sensitive or not.

    Best regards,

The keyword is always in all caps. I can't find any reason that it would not meet the conditions.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Without conditions in the trigger, will it trigger the flow without issues?

Could you please test it on your side and back to me with the results?

    Best regards,

It has been working consistantly since this one instance. That is the only time that there has been an issue.

It works without the conditions but would be running several hundred times a day then.
