No connections available in list

I have been granted access to Powerapps through my work account.

When i go to create from a template/data/or from scratch, each time i need to add a connection the list is always empty for me.

anyone have any thoughts on what i could be doing wrong?

    Are you looking at My connections or Available connections?

    Hi,

     

    For convenience, you can setup connections to data sources by navigating to the Connections tab in the PowerApps Client.

    Can you please try the steps outlined in the sample tutorial and let us know if it worked https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/get-started-create-from-data/  ?

     

    If you are still facing an error, can you please post a quick screenshot?

    I follow the tutorial steps, when it comes time to "add a connection" the lists are always empty, whether im in available or my connections.  Ive even tried adding connections through the web portal, and it says "something went wrong, please try again later"
