I am automating Word to generate PDF files using VBA macros triggered by keyboard shortcuts. It is working well, but Windows 11 24H2 or an update to PAD seems to introduce an anomaly where PAD moves the mouse to a specific location and then clicks the mouse. I don't want to click the mouse when I move it. The mouse click is programmed to happen a little later and then cleared by sending ESCAPE keystroke. The anomaly is self-healing, just a little annoying that this behavior did not happen until I moved to Windows 11 24H2 and the recent updates to PAD.
Have you tried with direct keyboard shortcuts using keystrokes instead of VBA Macros? The PAD keystrokes also work in same way?
I would suggest you utilize Word document connectors from asset library and where you will get an action for converting word to pdf document.
