Error in PowerApps Azure Devops - Build Pipeline [error]The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:09:59.9990052.

This week my Build pipeleine has started failing on PowerPlatformPublishCustomizations, with a channel time out after 10 minutes. This only started happening this week, my DevOps is in region west Europe and there are Live site incidents in this region, so it may be down to this. Has anyone else come across a similar problem?
