Has anyone found an easy or reliable way to create an Azure Distribution Group that updates members automatically with users who are assigned or removed with a Power Apps license?
It looks like there is no way to create a Dynamic Distribution Group rule based on license assignment.
would also be interested in this.

You may be able to create a Dynamic Security Group based on assigned service plans, then set your distribution based on group membership in the Dynamic Security Group.
