power automate flow

My manager recently left the company and we have a Power Automate flow that is in the learning sandbox environment. I was told I need to move it out of there, which I did move it to the only other environment I have available (SP Restricted).  I got an email saying I need to remove it from there. Guidance on where I am supposed to move it? Thanks!

    Hello,

Could you please share details on your environment?
Is it developer or trial or sandbox type?

Trial environment will expire after 30 days, and if its developer environment, then it is disabled after 90 days of inactivity, then deleted within 15 days.

If you have production or sandbox environment which is in use, then move the flows to those environments.

    Thank you.

I only have access to Learning Sandbox and SP Restricted environments, I do not see trial or developer listed. The flow is in both of them now. It is set to automatically run so should not be inactive.

Your flow is in the wrong environments:
    • Learning/Sandbox → not for production
    • SP Restricted → tightly controlled
    Where it should go
    • A Production or approved business environment in Microsoft Power Platform
    What to do
    • Ask your Power Platform admin/IT:
    • Which environment should this flow be moved to?
    • Get access to that environment
    • Move the flow using a Solution (export/import)
    Important
    • Ensure you are the owner (manager left)
    • Reconfigure connections after moving

Flows must run in a governed Production environment, not sandbox or restricted ones
