Just to clarify, this is primarily a forum for app builders who are building Power Apps.
If this is an app that your company has provided you with and it doesn't work as expected, the best thing to do is to contact the manager or administrator who is responsible for this app.
Otherwise, if you can provide us with formulas and details, we can help you further.
