Custom Power App Form not accesbile to other user who manages sharepoint list

Hi, I have customized a List entry form through Power Apps. It works well for entry but it seems I'm the only one who can edit it now.

The other user responsible for the list does not get the  "Customize with Power Apps" option on the form. I've tried sharing with them through the Power App share function but it is greyed out. Any idea what am I missing?

Thank you!

    Hi @RoundAdmin ,

A customised list form generated from a SharePoint list is a different type of Canvas App. You will notice for example that the Canvas App interface does not include an option to Save As, and the Canvas App does not exist in the list of Apps in Power Apps. SharePoint effectively "owns" the custom form.

With this understanding in mind - you do not need to Share the form because the form inherits its permissions based on the SharePoint list hosting that form. To grant others users permission to edit the customized form, they will need Edit access to the SharePoint site.

    Thanks Amik!

I think I know my issue then. I'm using Microsoft Lists, not through a sharepoint site. Is there a way to transfer my list over to a sharepoint site or even get access to that screen from Lists?

    Thanks!

@RoundAdmin - sorry I am not knowledgeable of migrating Microsoft List to SharePoint.

Only thing I would advise is that if you export your Microsoft List into Excel, do not create the SharePoint List using the Excel file option on SharePoint. Doing this will create the correct column header display names from the Excel file, but it will create different Logical names for each column. For example you could have a column display names in SharePoint called "Name", "Description" and "Status", but SharePoint will record the Logical names as ("field1", "field2", "field3" etc)
