I want my form to get attachment from some external users. I know google form allows that but microsoft forms currently does not.
Is there any workaround for Microsoft Forms - eg. my users can upload to my onedrive and i can have a link placed.
My users cannot login!

This is PowerApps community, so are you trying to achieve this using PowerApps/Flow?
If uploading files from external users feature is not supported in Microsoft Forms connector, then it cannot be achieved with PowerApps or Flow either. This is because that PowerApps and Flow only connect to the data sources to work, if your users cannot upload files from MS Forms, then after connecting to Form in PowerApps/Flow, the files still cannot be uploaded.
