Unable to patch File column

Hi, Im trying to Patch a File column in Dataverse. Im able to patch, but the File column is empty still. Here is the formula:

Patch('Business Needs Problems', Defaults('Business Needs Problems'), {Title:'Title Input_1'.Text, Attachments:{FileName:First('DataCardValue12_1'.Attachments).Name, Value:First('DataCardValue12_1'.Attachments).Value}});

Any ideas?

It seems the problem was that I was using a Word file which it would not accept. It did however accept Excel files so Im not sure if Word just isnt supported under the File column...
