Combo Box not delegating to CDS

I have a Combo Box that has Items control set to a table in the CDS with about 9,000 records. I am under the impression that there is no record limit for Combo Boxes, however it only shows the first 500 records when searching or scrolling within the Combo Box. The CDS table is called 'Asset Details' and there is no additional function in the Items control -- it's simply requesting all of 'Asset Details'. This is obviously a delegation issue since it's retrieving exactly 500 records, but why would this be happening with a Combo Box where I'm not using any function, non-delegable or otherwise?

    @NuttyPistons

    Please note the following ( ref - docs.microsoft.com )

    Delegation warnings appear only on formulas that operate on delegable data sources. If you don't see a warning and you believe your formula isn't being properly delegated, check the type of data source against the list of delegable data sources

    However, Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service or CDS) is likely the one that should not ever have this kind of problem.

    1) Can you clear all cache and cookies, close the browser, open it again, and then open it up in Power Apps editor and see if somehow some delegation warnings appear anyway? Or, better yet, if this resolved the problem altogether?

    2) Can you check if you are using latest version of the browser? Then also repeat #1 as well on that browser and see what happens?

    3) Can you check if this happens even when the app is saved, published, and played in the browser outside the Power Apps Editor rather than inside it, and doing this after checking over #1 and #2 as well?

    4) Can you check if any of the experimental and other flags are enabled in the App Settings for this App and if so, which specifically are enabled if applicable? This is in Power Apps Editor under File -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Experimental Features

    5) Is this specific setting enabled on the environment? (check on admin.powerplatform.com -> Environments -> Product  )

    6) If #5 is yes, any custom code components present and if so, a summary about what they are if possible?

    7) If #5 and #6 is yes above, if this setting is set to off, and then after that repeating Steps #1  and #3, does it fix it?

    If the reply above we gave does not work, you may want to check into the similar posts  in this forum about people who had similar issue with the ComboBox Control specifically. One in particular comes to mind.

    Combo Box Limit

    Does the issue also occur when using something other than a ComboBox? Such as even a Gallery?

    And also does it occur again when creating a new simple app like that from scratch with just that one ComboBox and one non-ComboBox (e.g. Gallery) again? Does both the ComboBox and the  non-ComboBox (e.g. Gallery) show only 500 records there still after that?

    Didn't even get past #1. Clearing cache and cookies did the trick! Thank you!!
