Problem with Knowledge Sources of my Agent

Hello everyone!

Could you please help me?

My agent has a Sharepoint connection and a OneDrive connection to its knowledge sources, and it is published in Microsoft Teams.

Before my latest update, once you asked the first question in Microsoft Teams, my agent asked a permission to "Allow" the connections to both Sharepoint, and then another one to OneDrive. Now, once I updated my agent again, it is not requesting to "Allow" these connections anymore, and hence, it is not using the knowledge sources.

How can I fix it?

Thank you so much for your support!

This issue usually happens when the agent’s connections to SharePoint and OneDrive have become invalid, disconnected, or are not properly re-linked after an update. Here’s how to fix it:
    Check Connections in Copilot Studio:
Go to your agent in Copilot Studio.
Open the “Connections” or “Knowledge sources” section.
Ensure both SharePoint and OneDrive connections are listed and show as “Connected.” If not, re-authenticate or reconnect them.
    Remove and Re-add Knowledge Sources:
If the connections look fine but still don’t prompt for “Allow,” remove the SharePoint and OneDrive knowledge sources from your agent.
Re-add them, and re-publish the agent.
    Republish the Agent:
After reconnecting or re-adding the knowledge sources, publish the agent again to Teams.
    Test in Teams:
In Teams, start a new conversation with the agent. It should now prompt for “Allow” on both connections.
Clear Teams Cache or Try in Web:
If the prompt still doesn’t appear, try in Teams web or clear the Teams desktop app cache.
