Is this flow Possible to build ? And Questions

Hello Community members,

I have a interesting flow to make. I would like to take input from the community to analyze if this flow is possible to make or it would be waste of time. Please see the flow diagram for your reference.

Requirement Flow Diagram

I understand majority of the members would say if its possible to make in flow diagram its possible to make it in Power Automation Flow. For what I am lacking is where to start this flow. Here are some questions:

Is it possible to make this flow? if no then ignore the rest of the questions.
If yes, should it be made at Power Automation Web or Desktop version?
How do I extract information from PDF without using AI builder. As my company is not financially strong to afford it at this moment.
Do I need to use paid connectors or free available connectors would be sufficient?
Can a newbie like me can create this flow?

If I am able to get the answers for these questions and starting point that would be great.

I think anything with approvals should be handled in Power Automate Flows (web). Especially the "When Invoice is received via e-mail", you would have to have PAD always running taking up an entire computer, so definitely not worth it.

Post in the Power Automate general forum, and you should get much better feedback about what licenses you need and how to set it up. If at any point, a PAD flow is needed, Power Automate (web) can trigger PAD flows (to my knowledge). But I don't use web flows currently, so I'm not sure what licensing you need in order to do that.

Approval based flow would be best match for your case.

Answering some of your questions

You can use the power automate web version
How do I extract information from PDF without using AI builder. As my company is not financially strong to afford it at this moment.
If it is possible, get the file content from the invoice file and do some string manipulations to get the required data from the invoice. String manipulations are possible only if the data need to be extracted remains in same position.
Can a newbie like me can create this flow?

I don't have any samples currently. But i would say just give a try with any sample and see whether it extracts data successfully or not as it has some limitations on working with some pdf files.

If does not work, i would recommend to try on this connector

This is a free connector, But to use this, you need a api key for that.
