What license do i need to use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook from a power apps perspective?

Every user has a Power Apps Premium license in order to use a model driven app. I'd like to let my users (they use M365 E3) to install and work with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. The model driven app accesses NO Dynamics 365 tables in dataverse.

Is licensing with Power Apps Premium sufficient, or do users also need a Dynamics 365 licence?

With your M365 E3 license, you can use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook with model-driven Power Apps that run on Microsoft Dataverse.

Thank you very much for this valuable contribution. I couldn't find any official information stating that no Dynamics 365 licence is required. Could you also link to this source (if there is one...)?

In licensing information I couldn't find anything that clearly says no Dynamics 365 license required but on Overview page there is a statement says "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook works with customer engagement apps (such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises), version 9), and model-driven Power Apps that run on Microsoft Dataverse."
