Power App Sharing Status Not Updating in Power Platform Admin View for multiple Apps for few users

As a Power Platform admin, we need to clean up the default environment and ensure users do not share apps and flows with others. A user removed app users who were previously shared, and stopped sharing the app with others since January 08. However, the Power Platform admin view still shows that the apps are being shared with others and marks them as incompliant, despite the user's confirmation that sharing has stopped.

We have upgraded the COE KIT core components 4.50.9 on Feb 21st. I have also cross checked all sync flows are runs are successful.

I have reported this issue 3 weeks back still no response and with 2 support tickets as well.  Ticket 2603101420001884 and 2603271420001519.

I believe the strategic direction is shifting toward native Power Platform Admin tools and the Inventory API, rather than the CoE Starter Kit. Since current issues are not being addressed by the CoE team, I recommend pivoting to these native features.

When raising tickets with Microsoft, their response is typically that the CoE is not officially supported; they usually recommend raising issues on the CoE Toolkit GitHub, which has happened to me several times.

As part of troubleshooting, we should check the run history of the successful CoE Toolkit flows to verify which data is being written to the tables and identify any sync gaps.

Things to Consider: This is the right time, instead of relying on the COE toolkit

Official Support: Moving to native features gives us access to official Microsoft Premier/Unified Support. Currently, the CoE Toolkit is only supported via GitHub by the community, which isn't ideal for business-critical issues.

One-Time Setup: Switching will require a bit of a one-time push to move our current governance and rules from the Toolkit over to the Admin Center.

System Stability: Relying on a tool that Microsoft considers "out of scope" for their support teams is a risk to our production stability. Native tools are built-in and fully backed by Microsoft.
