Interacting with Website Button - Not sure Which Option to Use

I am stuck, trying to figure out how to interact with this choose file button.  I tried all these and it doesn't seem to want to press this Choose File button.

Here is what the button looks like in the developer view in Microsoft Edge.  

 

Can anyone please show me how to interact with buttons using code or some other way in order to avoid trial and error?  I am very new using PowerAutomate so I realize I maybe doing things the hard way.  Please help 😞

    Typically, in the parameters of "Press button on web page" you click the dropdown to "add new element", then hover over the button and control left click to capture the element and it will populate it for you.  If web element isn't working, try a windows element.  That screenshot looks more like a Windows application, which it can still be, even if you are accessing it through Edge.  Good luck!
