What I would like to achieve:
-Report all newly created powerapps, each one: name, url, creator
-Send this report to a specific mailbox
Is it possible to do it? If yes, how?
The Centre of Excellence starter pack collects all the information in one place so install that.
After that you could simply create a scheduled flow which runs a report and returns all powerapps created in the past 24 hours and mail it to the mailbox.
