How to add more than one text field using "+" icon in PowerApps

I am developing a PowerApps for Onboarding purpose and in that I have added a form named "family details". In that I have fields called as "Kid's name" and "DOB". I want the fields to be duplicated if I press "+" button, so that he/she can add younger children names.

Like that how much time I press "+" icon that much time the fields should populate.

Can anyone help me how to achieve this?

You have the classic parent/child relationship, ie one to many. I suggest using a second table with a another form.. Link the tables using the ID from the parent table as parentID in the child table. You will be able to add additional fields in the child table like age, etc.

You are going to want to use a gallery object to achieve this "repeating table" functionality. Shane Young has an excellent video that will walk you through the steps:
