Hi therre,

I'm trying to post a message in Teams using PowerAutomate.

I can select the VirtualAgent but always get the same error message.

Can someone help me how to enable this? Or what I would have to change so that I can write a message in Teams with the VirtualAgent?

The VirtualAgent has been released for teams, is published and both I and my colleague have installed it in our teams.

Hi @MarkusSchneideG,

Just to double check, is the flow part of the same environment as the bot?

It is also worth checking the other prerequisites for the pro active message feature:

Hi Expiscornovus,

Yes, the VirtualAgent and the Flow are both in the same Enviroment.
Yesterday I exported the Solution with both and imported in the default Enviroment. There it works without any problems. So I think its an Enviroment problem 😞
