Hello Everyone,

I have 100 PDFs that I need to extract data from onto excel.

I want my flow to parse through the PDFs I Upload onto my sharepoint using the file names in sequence.

For Example, the file names are as shown in the screenshot:

I want my flow to consider files in a sequence like= Page (2) - (then) - Page (3) - (then) - Page (4) and so on.

Is it possible to do using Power automate flow Cloud?

Please let me know! Thank you!

    Hi,
Try the below steps in power automate,

Step 1: Get files in Folder
    Step 2: Launch Excel
    Step 3: Save Excel
Step 4 : Loop for each
Step 5: Extract text from PDF
    Step 6 : Parse Text
    Step 7: Split Text
Step 8: Get first free row in column from excel worksheet
Step 9: write to excel worksheet
    Step 10: End (Loop)

If you have a $15/mo Power Automate Per User license with 5000 AI Builder credits, then you can use something like this template to extract data from OCR’ed PDF text using GPT: https://community.powerplatform.com/galleries/gallery-posts/?postid=31e67eea-3f73-47b4-95b7-fe4a7b646389
