Hi All,

I have created and published an agent using copilot studio. I made the agent available in my tenant for all users. Now I need to integrate this with our company portal. I am preferring it like a redirection from portal. So, I given agent link as open a copilot chat window. So, the user in the tenant sees permission needed, ask your IT team when adding this agent. I am attaching the screen shot to this message. It made available for all users in admin portal.

    Hi ,

I case you want to add a new app to Teams, there is might be an approval policy in place. A Teams admin should then review the request and unblock the app. In the Teams admin center, the administrator can browse to Manage apps and review if there are pending approvals.

The asked screen shots are given below. In Global (org wide default) settings, I did not add created bot. because I don't want to be installed automatically to new users. I only want them to install if needed.

ok in teams admin center "Upload custom apps we checked" seems to be all fine now you can check also this option.

    Allow Microsoft Apps

Still in the Teams admin center, go to Teams apps > Permission policies. Click Global (Org-wide default), then under "Org-wide app settings" make sure "Allow all

Microsoft apps" is checked. Save it.

Policies take 30-45 minutes to sync across your organization.

These settings let users add it themselves when they need it, which is exactly what you wanted.

Let me know if you're still seeing the error after this.
