I Have created a form from the Microfost Teams app for my group.  I am the owner/admin of the team, but i cannot see the form in Flow when configuring a forms connector OR in the forms page (even after following a link to edit the form). Please help, we need the form to be deployed for cross-departmental feedback.

    Hi joeeasley,

You said that “created a form from the Microfost Teams app for my group”, do you mean that you added a Forms tab under the channel?

Per my test, it seems that tabs under specific channel cannot be got from flow.

If I misunderstand you, please feel free provide more details about your scenario.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Has anyone else confirmed this?

I created a Form in Sharepoint, and the form shows in my the Forms homepage under "Recent Group Forms". However it doesn't look like I create a Flow using that 'Team' Form. The form doesn't show up in the Flow Form ID dropdown.

What is the best way to colaborate/share Forms? Is there a way to use the "Form Id" custom value in Flow to access shared Forms?

I was having the same issue and came across this fix.

Go to your Forms homepage. The team form doesn't show in your "My Forms" but does in the "Group Forms". Open the Team Form from there and get the Form ID from the URL. Use the Form ID as your custom value in the Flow, and your're good to go. I tested this out and all worked well!

    Hello, @joeeasley!

Have you had a chance to apply @rockwood812‘s recommendation to adapt your Flow? If yes, and you find that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and click “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!
