Unable to see activity or eval runs of other team members

I have an agent in an environment with several of my co-workers but I am unable to see anything they do under "activity" and I cannot see any evaluation test runs they execute either. I can only see my own activity and my own evaluation test runs. I also tried looking up activity of theirs using the conversation ID they have but nothing shows up. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow us to share team activity within the copilot studio dashboard?

hello,

activity only display you'r activity in studio or other channel

if you want to see the answer of other people during test phase you have to go to Analytics tab and download sessions (you have around only 2 weeks of content)

it will give you a csv/excel file with everything. Then i recommand you to give this file to copilot chat to ask for analyze and produce a readable table :)

@Romain The Low-Code Bearded Bear that would be for usage outside of the dashboard if the agent was published but I'm talking about if a fellow developer is running evaluations or has a weird response in the chat window and wants to share it with me. Our agent is not published yet so there is no session data available to download. Is there a way to share evaluation test results?

Hello, Activity is a personal tab. Sadly you will not see you'r co-dev content ATM.

The one wich is "shared" is the evaluation tab for automated test.

@Romain The Low-Code Bearded Bear I think that's the issue I'm facing is that I cannot see any evaluations that other team members have run. I only have access to the evaluations that I've run. We are using the same agent in the same environment. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be enabled to see them?
