The agent cannot work with knowledge in Teams group chat

It works well in private chat but it misses knowledge in Teams group chat as below.

How to make it work in Teams group chat?
This is my agent in Sandbox: https://copilotstudio.preview.microsoft.com/environments/2e47e52c-ce3d-e622-b6b7-f1ab5fb07215/bots/033e4bf4-56f7-f011-8407-00224808b4e7/

I have set "Use this agent for group and meeting chats" in teams channel.


And I have set "Agent can use this knowledge source" as "At any time".

    There is currently a known issue for --edit-- *new* --edit-- Agents in Teams. Trying to fix it they messed up something else and this happens.
    You could use M365 Copilot as the channel for now, it will work there if your organization is allowing agent interaction, or you can enable side loading apps in Teams. I don't very much like the second choice but is the workaround presented by Microsoft.

    I have run into the same issue. So frustrating. I enabled side-loading in the teams admin center, but I'm not sure how that helps. I've side loaded the app, but am faced with not being able to select the side-loaded app when I go to add the agent to a group chat. It just brings up the standard dialogue where you select apps from the app store. Am I missing something?
